This totally sounds like something a Goblin would do knowing how dangerous it would be. It also sounds like something a Gnome would do thinking only of the benefits. Light the quote from the Gnomish Lightning Generator (that is made completely from metal) "It's Safe."

Can you use this on a BoA item and still be able to trade it to an alt? i know it says using this kit causes the bow or gun to become soulbound, but it can't hurt to ask.
