Oddly, when I tried to use one of these to remove the Hoarse debuff in BRD, it instead removed all my buffs, including Cat Form. Weird.

As of Cataclysm it appears you can only get one of these - and only if you are Alliance - from the quest Banchetto alla Taverna Azzurra, which becomes available after completing Fuga del Fetido in Dustwallow Marsh.

As previously noted since the Cataclysm it's only possible to get one of these and only on alliance side, as a reward from Banchetto alla Taverna Azzurra. For those interested, the quest removed was which was available for both sides and rewarded 10 towelettes. Before Cataclysm they were both available and you could get a total of 11 towelettes.

Further note, as you might have suspected it's not possible to do this quest again on a character that's already completed it, even if you completed it before the Cataclysm. All though there's been changes too both Stormwind and Dustwallow Marsh with the Cataclysm they have not affected the quest, so it's not possible to do it again.

On the fun side, reading the details of the spell Salviettina Umidificata you'll actually find that "the power of lemon" is holy magic.

Classic 11/18/19 - It will remove the debuff -Demonic Doom- Cast by Artorius. So for all you hunters having trouble with this demon, this made the fight trivial.
