Go to the Stormwind Harbor jump in to the water, they will be at the sea floor.

I got this quest the other day for my Fishing. Be warned you cannot fight the sharks if you are weakling newbie like me. I am level 22 Human Warlock and it just told me my spells were not available. You just have to hide from the sharks and even then not sure what good that will do. They simply get close enough to you and you die. To give you an idea: Blue Thresher's Melee swing hits xxx for 663 physical (crushing) (6513 Overkill)

Dying a couple times is useful to find the pots with the lobsters and to hover in the water over your body until the sharks go away.

Also if you are completely new to the game like me and you cant figure out how to dive back in the water as a ghost all you have to do is angle your character view down and then press both mouse buttons at the same time to dive. Space bar to go back to the surface.

It appears that as of Patch 4.2, the Bluetip Thresher sharks are no longer level 85 creatures, but now level 15.

I did the quest today with a lvl 85 DK and later with a lvl 28 Warlock. The sharks patrolling the harbor are indeed lvl 15 as opposed to lvl 85 as they were when the quest first appeared. The lvl 28 Warlock had no trouble killing one. There is nothing special about them except that they cannot be looted and grant no XP.

You are given unlimited underwater breathing for this quest and the lobster cages respawn fairly quickly.

All this makes it a very easy quest for just about anyone. However it does not appear to award as much XP as it did previously, though I don't recall the previous figures, which scaled with the level of the player.
