For me it looks quite similar to Herkuml War Token, but with more useful +str proc (/ty Blizzard for +5% str for plate spec, so +399str on 10stacks), and with longer stack duration.
At least losing stack of 10x won't be so painful as 20x in War Token..

Btw "Equip: Increases your hit rating by 321 (7.24% @ L85).". As im not wrong, at lvl85, you get 1%hit for 120 hit rating, so it will give like 2,66% (correct me if im wrong).

The fines and tickets for that slaying is going to add up. You know, almost as much as the cost of Epic, Cold Weather, Artisan, Old Weather, Master, awesome, fast, very fast, extremely fast, blurringly fast and light speed riding training does.

Melee attacks that hit multiple enemies will give you a stack per enemy hit. For example, if you use Whirlwind on 10 mobs, you get 10 stacks right away, assuming you hit every mob. Misses, parries, and dodges do not grant stacks.

This trinket is awesome for Fury Warriors ~~when hitting (24% for same level mob) 27% white cap DW is almost a necessity (Precision 3% hit not accounted)~~. This also allows other classes to reforge/gem/enchant/gear for more optimal stats. In case you didn't read the conversion on the tooltip, this is 2.67% +chance to hit. Huge at this part of the expansion.

The stack can fall off on movement intensive fights, however 10 stacks is nothing compared to 20 stacks or yester-expansion trinkets. Just check and make sure a piece of tier gear isn't a better investment before getting this.

Edit: With mastery competitive with hit and making white cap not as viable with 4.0.6 patch, rest remains good information.

The proc on this trinket doesn't seem to have an internal cooldown, and gives 1 stack per enemy hit. So when you have it at 10 stacks the duration will continue to refresh itself back to 15 second as long as you keep hitting things.

The 321 hit + passive 380str (almost) makes this one of the best plate dps trinket

as long as you're hitting something, the 10stacks won't fall off...

good combo with:
DMC: hurricane (cheapest trinket)
Impatience of Youth (tol barad peninsula)
Fury of Angerforge (a very expensive BoE trinket from trash mobs)
Heart of Rage (chimareon drop)

Anyone know if this trinket is better than Impatient Of Youth . I'm DW Frost DK and don't really need the hit. Would be taking alot of Mastery hit.

Anyone know of a higher ilvl upgrade for this? I want something better but I can't drop all that hit rating without regemming a lot of stuff.
