Does this even exist? I haven't met anyone that seen it drop and the normal mode version also drops in heroic.

I won the non-heroic version in Heroic Tol'Vir the other day, opened a GM ticket, and they happily gave me the heroic version.

It's been confirmed multiple times that any BoE drop in a heroic cata dungeon will drop @ ilvl 333, not 346. This is quite a let down considering that many BiS items are BoE, but there isn't much you can do other than hope blizzard will rethink their decision, atleast for dungeons. I can understand not dropping Heroic BoE raid quality (epic) items, but dungeon items should be available IMO.

I have the trinket on my death knight tank it droped at Lost City of the Tol'vir from the Oathsworn Captain. dont know if its zone drop tho

Fun tip for paladins (protadin paladins, since it's more of a tank trinket).

Combine this trinket with Holy Radiance and presto, you can act as a holy sprinkler!

If it's not available now chances are it will not be available since this is a BOE there would be no heroic version.

I was tanking in Heroic Tol'Vir last night and this did drop from some trash, unfortunately I was too busy asking permission to need (o.0) and chasing the uber dps to click anything and it was DE'd..

So in summary; it is available in game (perhaps rare but there) and don't ask just need if you need l;¬P
