Okay, I've never seen or heard of any Demons wearing cloaks. Either this guy is toggled Cloak off, or 'E never wears this one. Why? Idunno. It's the demons cloak, looks pretty nice, and isn't bad to wear. This Demon, via Cosmos, is a Warrior, and Stamina+Warrior = good. So obviously, either this NPC is a noob, or it's toggled Cloak off, even though it matches the rest of it's armor nicely.

This is the longest post I made. Idunno why.

Sadly it isn't white and look longer than your average cloak or cape.

This item is mildly notable for being the very first cloak with a good-looking model available to Horde, as opposed to the dinky little triangles that stick like glue to your back. If you're interested in character appearance, it pays to do the annoying quest to off this guy, since it will likely be a while before you find another cloak that looks half as good. Unfortunately, the single long braid hair option for female orcs does clip through it significantly, which diminishes its enjoyment for players with that hair style.

I submitted a ticket about this item, and was told that it does not drop anymore.

there is no need to submit a ticket. With the sundering most mob ilvl got changed, and most "zone drops" do not drop anymore, such as Lama del Velenonero or Ascia a Falcetto

What is strange is the devs left some intact, so some "mob-bound" items still drop.But rarely.Such items at least what i found were Anello della Mente Ogre and Bastone Mistico degli Zampaumida

I've killed him 27 times now for this cloak.... no cloak... going out of my mind. My mog will have to deal without the perfect shade of burgundy in this cloak lol. I've camped my druid there and every hour or so I'll hop over and kill him lol.

I just got one of these inside a Crate of Salvage!

I gave the cloak away to someone for free :)

Here is a cloak (longer) with the same colors yet is a million time easier to get Crimson Silk Cloak

This is the cloak you get if you wash your Mantello di Seta Cremisi in too hot water! (It shrinks with almost 30%)

This drops again as of 10.1.7. I got it after 2 kills.

~~I was probably lucky; other items restored in 10.1.7 that drop from rares have taken 20-40 kills, so one might hypothesize this would be similar.~~

Edit: Got it 3 times in 8 kills.
