The Haunted Isle in Stranglethorn is a great place to grind for Enchanted Water. The Elemental Water drops are not bad either.

Best place to farm these is in my humble opinion:
The coast in Feralas: the Sea Sprays and the Sea Elementals.
There are a a lot of them and no need to wait for respawns or so.

Watch out for the level 48 elite giants, if you are not high-leveled yourself. The goblin at the dock gives (repeatable) quests to zap the giants into non-elite ones if needed.

"Restores 1344.6 mana over 27 sec" Why not "Restores 1350 mana over 30 sec" like other water bottles behave?

Is it this that proves that it's enchanted? ;)

Unless I am mistaken, Enchanted Water is a reagent for three useless items. It is good for restoring mana, and that is about it. I wasted at least two bank slots for months thinking this was important, but you don't have to make that same mistake. Once you get to level 25, use it for mana restoration, and move on to something else once you level to 30 or 35. I am working on Loremaster now, 1300/1400 quests done for EK and Kalimdor, and not once have I seen an NPC who requires this for any quest or bartering. If I missed a quest or a vendor, please post, but I do not believe I have.

Seems to have been removed post-Cataclysm. Checked 3 mobs. Nothing. Just Inert Elemental Grain.

Most of the places Wowhead says to go for these things are outdated since Cata. Hoping to find some enchanted water here soon.
I've tried Winterspring, Feralas, and the Plaguelands. NOTHING.

NOTE: This item/usage is no longer valid post-Cataclysm. It is supposedly safe to disenchant, sell, or toss the required items (per two different in-game GMs, though a third did say maybe there will be use for them but he wasn't certain AT ALL of this).

It was originally used specifically for the various Silithus quest chains to create various elemental scepters/crests/etc, which had required randomly annoying drop items Coprispalle del Cultista del Crepuscolo, Tonaca del Cultista del Crepuscolo, and Copricapo del Cultista del Crepuscolo along with the Medaglione della Ricezione dei Cultisti del Crepuscolo/Anello del Comando dei Cultisti del Crepuscolo to summon various quest-only elemental Templar/lords (no longer in the game or this site), often leading to another summoning quest or chain elsewhere. The main quest items stemming from dropped Ritagli del Bollettino Vero Credente Decifrati.

The entire set of Silithus quest chains were all broken when Blizzard rushed the development of the Cataclysm expansion without deciding on how to renovate the Silithus zone to match changes in Cata (hence many of the basic quests here are still from pre-WotLK coding), to include the Ahn'qiraj. Instead they focused on the new story lines in the graphically-sweet Cata zones and how to change the raid system cross-server.
