Does crafting it require Mana Loom or other kind of tool?

Good news =)

Unlike Bolt of Imbued Netherweave, you can create Bolt of Imbued Frostweave anywhere; it does not require you to be near a Mana Loom!

Raw mats / Bolt of Imbued Frostweave:
Frostweave Cloth x10*
Infinite Dust x 2

* Patch 3.0.8: Bolt of Imbued Frostweave Requires 2 Bolt of Frostweave (10 pieces), reduced from 3 Bolts.

From the 3.0.8 patch notes:

Tailoring

Reduced the cloth required to make a Bolt of Imbued Frostweave.

Presumably this means it will only require two bolts of normal Frostweave, since I can't think of any other possible reduction.

This will be a huge boost to WotLK tailors given the relative scarcity of cloth compared to BC.

As of patch 3.0.8 Bolt of Imbued Frostweave now requires 2 Bolt of Frostweave instead of 3

Since the basic materials needed to make these require enchanting mats, it doesn't make sense to dump your excess Imbued Bolts into gear unless you want to try and sell the gear on the AH. The majority of created items using this are level 80 blue/purple gear, so once your toon has run naxx/toc enough times you are really limited in the overall usefulness of bolts of imbued frostweave.

The only thing I see this being useful to dump into is the crafting of Frostweave Bags, and even then on my server it seems the raw mats seem to be worth more sold seperately.(##RESPBREAK##)136##DELIM##hatman555##DELIM##

or tailoring this is useful for recovering some of the money(once it is made into bags) or jsut sold regularly.
i saw someone sell 7 bolts of this and they got 156G for it, full stack was in the 400g range

I have my Northrend Tailoring at level 25 so I should be able to purchase the recipe for Imbued bolts of frostweave but I don't see it as an option with the tailor. Any help?
