I would like to know where to get another charge. I used it on his cage, mounted him and began quest. he died bc I could not find a storm cloud to heal him. Upon going back to cage I needed another charge. Still trying ot figure this one out.

Update....I did not need another charge. Once cage is blown, you can go back to NPC and talk to him thru cage and can remount from there. No second charge needed.

Where is the charge for this? I can't seem to find it anywhere around the area.

Edit: Nevermind. -_- Just realized there is an actual quest chain where I assume this comes from, instead of an item-finding type quest.

You only get the charge after a couple of quests in a chain. After you kill the banshees you get it.
