This guy is a bit of a pain to kill. so you may die a few times if your not careful, or if your squishy, hope this helps..

As your on top of the building Drakuru is talking to you and 4 trolls appear round the edges of the platform you are both stood on, (do not go to the the lower of the platform during the fight there are mobs there that will attack you)...
Run to one of the Trolls and use the Scepter of Domination on The Troll, this allows you to control him. He has 3 abilites, Dps, Stun effect and Blood heal (this blood heal only heals you! and not the troll).

Once you have gained control of the Troll, your disguise shuld be wearing off and Drakuru will start to attack, send in your troll and use the abilities on the bar to attack him. Whilst the Troll is attacking Dps Drakuru is possible but you have to keep moving around as he hurls huge shards at you which do alot of dmage (posible hit between 8k to 12k, i have 12k health and have been one shot).

Keep an eye on your on health as you dps him, down and use the blood heal if you need to.

The end goes to a cut scene with Drakuru and the Lich king and then the skull drops ont he ground.

If you are having problems get another player who is on the same quest or if you can time it, run to where a troll is, when you troll dies then use your scepter to gain control of a new troll, do not do this before your roginal troll dies as he will come after you . just watch Line of Sight as you could get smashed by a crystal that he hurls..

actually, it is really easy. only critical point is when you need to switch your ghoul pet - you apparently cannot bring him down with one (used ilvl 203 hunter at lvl 80 to attack boss in addition) and you can only control one, the first one will turn against you as soon as you acquire the second, so let the first one heal you up before it goes down and acquire the next one shortly before it is down so the time needed to kill the first one with the second one is short. spam dps/stun the rest of the time.
