There is no hit cap for rogues. An optimal hit cap however, is bringing your special attacks and your MH auto attacks to a 100% chance to hit. After that, I would recommend stacking this gem for crit and attack power.

The release of Mists of Pandaria is slated for Sept.25, 2012. Every version of the WotLK agility gem is going to be huge because it is the highest gem monks can use prior to the level requirement for Cata gems. This means Sanguinite Delicata, Rubino Scarlatto Delicato, and Rubino Cardinale Delicato.

As per usual, people who really don't care to spend the gold, or to maximize their toons, will probably be more interested in the uncommon gems because they'll be the cheapest. The players who are sitting on a good amount of gold and are interested in at least maximizing their toons short of spending ludacris amounts of gold to do so will be interested in the rare cuts; and, of course, the players with a vast amount of wealth will pay whatever it takes to have the highest level gems in their gear.

This means Rubino Scarlatto Delicato will see the most action as it will comprise the majority of use by the player-base. This cut costs x3 Dalaran JC tokens and I would recommend you start looking for cheap Rubino Scarlatto on your AH in preparation for the sheer amount of leveling monks that will want these gems.

In less than 8 weeks, Mists of Pandaria will have the full attention of your server's economy.
