For those interested, this gives roughly +8% speed increase to regular walking based on Carbonites reading. It also doesn't appear to stack with any other speed increases, at least as far as spells/mounts goes.

This is the first real moneymaker you'll get while leveling enchanting. For some pretty cheap mats you can make a scroll which is in high demand for twinks. The prices may differ but on my server they go for about 30g each.

If you want to put these on some shoes for a bank alt, I recommend Scarpe di Stoffa Sottile because they are small and look good with most outfits. They are also easily obtainable for alliance.

I have personally verified this enchant will work on these shoes.

I tried to place this enchant on Stivali della Baia, but I got an "invalid target" message. Bummer. :(

This actually gives 10% speed increase despite tooltip saying 8%.

Despite other boot enchants that grant a speed increase such as Incantamento Stivali - Vitalità della Terra, this does stack with the movement speed cloak enchants for a total of 20%. And like a previous poster indicated it gives 10% rather than the stated 8%

Note that this cannot be applied to boots that are higher than item level 50. The text is a bit ambiguous, but trying to enchant an item with iLevel 66 and "Requires Level 26" results in an error: "Target is too high level"

Aaaand that changed in patch 10.2.6. You can now apply this to items up to item level 320!

And there are now even slightly better options available, like Incantamento Stivali - Passo del Pandaren, Incantamento Stivali - Velocità del Cinghiale, Incantamento Stivali - Velocità Smodata, etc.
I did test it with Incantamento Stivali - Passo del Pandaren, which gave me the same running speed as this enchant (plus the 4 Mastery).
