This item drops from the trolls around The Alter of Sseratus, you will most likely get it while doing http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=12504. It opens up a questhub in the form of a camp of friendly trolls called Zim'Torga. They have alot of quests, so if you feel you need 30 quests or so to complete the Zul'Drak achievement and are all done with Ebon Watch and the Argent Crusade guys, it's because you haven't opened this yet :)

It dropped for me without that pre-req. I did have the dark offereings quest but that was it.

Got it on he first kill of a champion, no quests completed in Zul'Drak beforehand.

100 Champions and 60 priests later. And a lot of fistfuls of hair.

Still no drops.

just did the exact same thing on my priest-.-' farming for mojo and then realising it was in my bag all alongxD

If you are at the Altar of Sseratus you should get this item on the very first kill.. just ensure you are not killing the other trolls nearby as they do not drop the item...only the ones at the Altar of Sseratus.

Same. I searched my bag using the search bar to make sure I didn't over see it. I decided to search it using altoholic, and it was in my bank! If you have this item anywhere, it won't drop.

Thank you for this! I started this zone weeks ago and ended up putting it in my bank until I was ready to go back to Zul'Drak. I farmed for 30 minutes before finding this post and looking in my bank! Wouldn't you know, there it was, safe and sound!
