Don't let Questhelper coords confuse you, this isn't inside Thor Modan, but at the Drakil'Jin Ruins.

The quest for this item was the one which made me to disable my questhelper, after 1 hour seeking it from the dwarf cave, I finally found out that it ain't there(maybe it was just my own dumbness to look troll things from dwarf cave, but following questhelpers orders blindly made me to go there).

So you have to go down to Drakil'jin Ruins (Grizzly Hills (71, 22)) and enter the cavern. You'll find the tablets there.

I can't pick up the tablets from the world object. Is there some prerequisite that I don't know of before they become clickable?

Questhelper needs this specific quest fixed, Yes the coords are correct because thats where you end up when traveling the cave, but most will end up going to Thor Modan, especially since the quest giver mentions nothing about the tablets being in a cave. I would rather the quest marker shown at the entrance of the cave.

To everyone who has issues with this quest here is one more thing:
The quest is called "Drakkari Tablets" but you only need ONE tablet to complete this.
The Quest title makes it seem you need multiple tablets, but you need only One
