Caster equivalent to Relentless Earthstorm Diamond ( http://www.wowhead.com/?item=32412 ). While this item isn't available from a vendor as of this patch, this is made up by the fact that, when you do manage to craft and use one of these, its only requirement is a meager 2 blue gems!

Because of its recent addition in 2.3, the drop rate of this pattern is going to appear much lower than it actually is in-game due to how many Coilskar Siren kills have been previously recorded.

This is the new BoP version of the pattern.

The previous, non-BoP version still exists in the game, but will no longer drop. This will now drop instead.

Dropped for me in about 15 minutes. A few others told me they had about the same luck, maybe Blizzard made the droprates a little better recently?

Cleared the sirens (just the sirens) twice in that area and got it. There're less then 10 sirens in that area in total so it was like 15 minutes to me.

Does this drop in raid? (i'm sure it does i guess) but we killed about 100 along with the surrounding mobs including cobras, defenders, etc etc. No drop in about 40 mins.

Not quite as bad as spellpower to bracers or shadow resistance to cloak, but pretty bad. Took me about 130 kills over the course of an hour and change.

Took like 15 minutes with an epic flier, landing in between mobs.

I also got 4 greens and the BOE enchant recipe for Vitality. Pretty productive since I was on an alt just trying to save a little cash on my main (by not having to pay to get the gem cut). :D

I feel like the drop rate % isnt 0.5% thats given here.
Got green items which has 0% here:

They mixed this up, greens are 0.5%, design is 0.1%, will be able to get in 25 min to 30 min or more than 70 Sirena Malaspira kills.

I got this on the second kill. I know that's no evidence that the drop rate changed, per se, but I was definitely expecting more of a grind.

Did Il Cifrario della Dannazione: la missione di Grom'tor long time ago, with no drop of Modello: Diamante Fuoco Celeste Caotico. Went back and kill'd Sirena Malaspira only. Droped after ~100 kills.

OK four years since last comment. No counting addon but I estimate 75-100 kills. There are not that many Sirens but the spawn rate isn't too bad. Would be nice if there were more or faster spawns. Took about an hour.

Modello: Diamante Fuoco Celeste Caotico still drops, took about 30 Sirena Malaspiras.

The spawn rate isn't that bad, make sure you clear the area as that might make the NPCs spawn quicker.

This was a really exciting Drop today. While doing several Quests in Shadowmoon Valley for this old Orc Farmer I ran into, I was given a Quest to get Keys for various chests scattered around Coilskar Point. Happily trundling off to vanquish various Coilskar Denizens, I mashed a Coilskar Siren and found a beautiful Blue Design in her handbag that I did not have! I had only killed around 6 of them in the area, with no idea they even dropped the Design, so RNG must have been taking a quick nap in the breakroom while I was shopping for Keys. It will make a Very nice addition to my Jewelcrafting Encyclopedia!

Still drops after 19 kills for me. 262 total global kills but I've never seen it before.
