Sapphire of Sky - When you reach the first two bridges after coming down the winding passageway from the entrance to the den, ignore the first two bridges and go down the right passageway. After a short time you will find another bridge. Ignore that bridge and go right again; you will enter a small room with the chest that contains Sapphire of Sky.

The chest is not in the room with Greenpaw, it's in the room off the bottom of the deepest chamber, sort of under the ramp/stairs up to the central pillar structure in the middle of that chamber.
