For whatever reason, if you consumed this elixir pre-4.1 and still have it on, it will provide 60 intellect instead of 6. Unfortunately I only had 3 minutes left on it on my lvl19.

Seemingly the only elixir a Holy/Disc priest can and should use all the way until the mid 40's. Sort of sad there arent more low level spirit elixirs.

This elixir is useful for levelling other professions.

In particular, the gloves of meditation are good to make because they use wool instead of silk, as do most other items of this skill level. Considering the amount of silk needed to level tailoring from 150-205 is enormous (and it's one of the harder cloths to farm) I found this recipe to be a real money saver.

The elixir of wisdom is a decent recipe to make for levelling alchemy, so if you find you have some leftover, it's worth putting them on the AH or sending to an alt that will be levelling these professions.
