Crescent-Tail Skullfish can also be fished up in Zul-Aman.

A food buff worthy of consideration for most casters, in particular, both flavours of Caster-type Druids (Balance and Resto, who both benefit meaningfully from Spirit and Spell Crit).

Although Holy Paladins love Spell Crit, Spirit is useless to them, so I'd reccomend http://www.wowhead.com/?item=27663 instead, as i would for any caster in long fights where endurance and survivability matter. Conveniently, it's also a lot easier to fish up, and available now so you can stockpile if needed.

This food is more for caster dps and possibly holy paladins.

20 spirit is kinda worthless for them yes, but a free 20 spell crit is nice.

A nice alternative to the 23 dmg food.

This only takes about 3 seconds for the buff to apply, not 10 like it says in the tooltip.

There is currently 2 small bugs with this food. The first being the buff is activated after drinking it for 3seconds. the second is that it doesn't show up in WWS reports. If you use this food it doesn't log any type of buff effect in the combat log which is why WWS is unable to see it.

Well, I'd rather not do the same as WoW characters do: soups are usualy eaten with a spoon, not just being drunk, must be pretty tasteless :P

As of patch 3.0, this now provides both spell and melee critical strike rating, making it a little bit more useful to a few classes than it was beforehand. :)
