This quest is bugged :) If you activate it on a mob, and change a target for a farer, the farer mob will die, and you get it. Yo can stand and complete the quest near the Q giver! Try it :)

This quest was bugged for me.

I spent a lot of time wondering why I couldn't get energized. I moved on to complete the other quest for the NPC, "Securing the Cargo!", and discovered that every time I talked to him I would get "1/10 Oozes Dissolved", "2/10 Oozes Dissolved", etc, etc.

In other words, I completed this quest by right clicking on Moxie Steelgrille 10 times.
