These dragons should not be summoned or attempted unless you have a complete 5-man group. 5 70's in average gear should not have any trouble.

When you kill the dragon, EVERYONE IN YOUR GROUP can loot the scale-- so you don't need to worry about rolling on them.

The 4 scales combine to form a blue cloak with a random enchantment on it. Simply collect all 4 scales and right-click one of them to make the cloak.

Each dragon should drop a random BOE Green item in addition to the scale, and probably an Apexis shard or three.

2 manned with feral druid in random epix and Tier4, and pvp warrior in S2+S3 + random epix.

he's got long casting time on his flame breath and fear, so you can just run out of range of those. other then that it was basically bandage, and pot. and taunt it of the druid so he could heal both of us after wich he would take over again.

Anyway, 3manned with arms warr/Holy Pala/S-priest -Easy done-
Combining the 4 scales gives a random enchanted blue cloak, which can be useful until Kara :)

Soloed as a 80 Warrior Tank, other 80's can solo as well I bet.

Solo'd this as a lvl 75 BM hunter. My pet, a ravager, was awesome. We got feared 3 times and aggro'd 2 Apex Flayers. Spammed mend pet and my pet never went below 1/2 health. Took some time to bring her down but 1 bandage and 1 pot later, my pet and I brought her down. Did I mention my pet is awesome?

I soloed as a level 75 Paladin. I only got down to about 75% health

One out of four scales you'll have to combine to create the Mantello della Stirpe di Alamorte.

Here's how you spawn the dragons/create the item:

Acquire 140 x Scheggia Apexiss (each egg takes 35 x Scheggia Apexiss to "activate").
Click on the following eggs located in the west and north parts of Montagne Spinaguzza:
Uovo di Noctor (summons Noctor; drops Scaglia d'Onice di Noctor).
Uovo di Obsidia (summons Obsidia; drops Scaglia di Obsidia).
Uovo di Insidion (summons Insidion; drops Scaglia d'Ebano di Insidion).
Uovo di Alafuria (summons Furial; drops Scaglia Nera di Furial).
Slay the dragons and loot the scales they drop.
Combine all four scales (Scaglie Cucite), to create the Mantello della Stirpe di Alamorte.

Here's a map for all the eggs, or rather, the exact TomTom co-ordinations:
