Hordies, vendor or feed to hunter pets. The only recipe this is used for, Blood Sausage ( http://www.wowhead.com/?item=3679 ), is difficult to impossible to learn as Horde.

Ditch if you need room, but remember that it stacks so a stack of 10 will be 1s 18c which COULD be worth more than a grey item. :P

There is a good spot in Redridge where you can farm these (and other boar parts). In the northern part of Redridge, in the passage to Burning Steppes, there are like 4 Great Goretusks. When you kill one, it respawns almost instantly, so you can just keep going until you have what you need. You don't have to wait at all for new boars to respawn.

This is now grey vendor trash. The Alliance-favored recipe that once used these does not require them after 4.0
