The quest for this thing is constantly bugged. I've completed it around 10 times and have yet to get the rewards. It even says completed in my quest log. The guy that is supposed to appear at the end never does for me. :(

This is great in additon to http://www.wowhead.com/?item=28041! I can use one on nearly every mob and it increases my dps pretty good. Don't know any better trinkets than these two before lvl 70.

For rogues' information, if you use this it will break your stealth.

This item does not share it's full cooldown with other similar items of this type, only time the buff it gives is on. It means you can use one of them after another, but their effect cannot be stacked.

how do i get the quest?

The last person to defeat the "Vengeful Harbinger," is the one who never appears for me just the others that I killed like 10 times and the Vengeful Harbinger never appeared for me to kill and so I haven't been able to complete this quest. I did this literally like 10 times yesterday and I abandoned the quest and retried and it still didn't work.
