Is there a quest to hunt the Grishna? I'm hoping for some other reason to grind here than just trying to get the orb to drop.

Got my orb after about 15 kills. Even though it's not listed under Blade's Edge Mountains it counts towards On the Blade's Edge achievement.

I hate to be a party pooper but I gave up after about 100 kills, most of which were Scorncrows, per the advice above (What a good name! Sort of like scarecrows with an extra layer of sarcasm.).

I wouldn't care if a bunch of blues had magically appeared but I got 2 indifferent greens and all the cloth my tailor could possibly use.

What I could use is the last 3 quests for the Blade's Edge achievement...

This make two quest drops that have failed. Maybe something in the last patch? Maybe Blade's Edge fired their agent?

The various types of Grishna are located in Grishnath, which is in the top left area of Blade's Edge Mountains and roundabouts 40:22

I was one of the unlucky ones that had to kill approx 100 mobs for this to drop :(

Got it at exactly 35 kills, on a Grishna Harbinger.

The Grishna call me The Lord of Death. I spent three hours killing the Grishna. I killed Scorncrows. I killed Falconwings. I killed Harbingers. I killled high and I killed low. I unleashed carnage such as these stupid bird-people have never seen. If it moved, I killed it. If it didn't move, I kicked it until it moved...and then I killed it. I killed their bytes into nibbles and their nibbles into bits. I killed them one, two and three at a time - and when I grew bored, I went for four, five and six at a time. When the blood soaked the land and ran in rivulets down into the water, when my mind grew weary of my unbridled, endless slaughter, I took to the water running red with blood and I killed their pet basilisks (I needed the leather) - and then I sucked it up and went back to killing these foul creatures. I swung my mighty paw (I was playing a druid) for hours, swiping and mashing and crushing and gnashing and performing all manner of foul deeds on their lifeless carcasses - and still this stupid orb thing would not fall. Then, I grew tired and my mind was in turmoil. Did the Orb truly exist? Had it been removed from the game? With melancholy dripping from my heart - much like their blood dripped from their hearts - I went to rest...but I vowed to return. Mark well my words, Grishna, I will be back and your bloody orb WILL BE MINE.

I spent hours farming this item with out it dropping back in 5.3 because I'm one quest short of the achieve and can't find any other quests I'm missing. Left it alone for a while and went back just now and got it after only about 15 kills. Don't give up!

Fifth time harvesting this thing...still no drop. Blizzard hates me! Now someone was talking about Ogres in another thread...were they too drunk off Thunderbrew or is there an ogre mob as well?
