The npc is Tydormu .

Turn the boots, bracers, belt tokens in at Isle of Quel'Danas.
NPC name is Theremis and is located in Sun's Reach Harbor on the boat.

Is it just me or is this not dropping anymore? I killed Archimonde four times and not a single one dropped....Maybe it's just bad luck.
