By far the best 19 rogue twink item just because of the stats. Another alright item if u cant get these, because these are fairly rare, is the Bronze Dart's that blacksmith's can make. These have +2 strength on them so better for warriors.

If anyone has a pair of these on Gurubashi Server please contact Pwnizzle (19 twink rogue) and i will buy them.

They are on shared cooldown, with other players, so she might not have them when you want to buy them.

Can someone tell me how long the cooldown is for her to sell these? I've been checking constantly for 2 days and was able to log in almost the instant the server came back online from maintenance and still nothing.

A good way to get these (or any limited supply item for that sake) is logging on right after server restart. Then they'll have refreshed supplies.

I've done some reading on these items and here is what I’ve found from various sources:

1. The item seems to have RANDOM spawn times; so they won’t always be there at a specific time;
2. The item seems to have a limited availability time; once the items spawns it won’t be there until someone buys it, the item will only be available from the vendor for a limited time after it spawned then it disappears again until next respawn;
3. The random spawn time can sometimes even be more than 24 hours;

If you plan on camping, remember to refresh your conversation with the vendor, the item won’t just show once it respawned.

I tried last night for 3 hours & was able to get a set. also while waiting I got a decent sword that she spawned. seems very random. This was at 5am est. Randomly checking every 10 mins. The sword spawned first then like 30 mins later these spawned.

Ok, this is obvious to almost all but this weapon loses durability like all thrown weapons, as if it is taking damage when it is used. So it will show as x/200 until repaired, when it will refresh back to 200/200. Some twinks had a problem with 'running out' and having to buy more, so I figured I would post on here.

This is maybe the only twink item you can farm on a level 1 alt. If you're in no hurry, just make a new blood elf character, run him/her to Eralan, and log in to check her wares before you start playing and after you're done. It only took me a few days to get some Throat Piecers (and I got 4 swords off her in the meantime, which sell for quite a bit on the AH as well).

The spawn times seem very random, but not as bad as everyone led me to believe. I checked it randomly for about 2 hours and bought 3 Throat Piercers.

Just curious, does this item show up on the first vendor page or the second? It'd save me precious microseconds knowing I don't need to check the second page if I don't see it right away.

EDIT: Well the sword just came up (server: Burning Blade) and it was on the second page, so for now I'll assume that these follow suit.

I read saw one at AH for 500g so i was going to make a horde and try to AH it in BB and send it over.... I made a BElf and ran all the way.... and it was there BUT I DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH MONEY.... begged some ppl they said no, so i had to do some qsts to get cash.. when i got the cash and ran back they were gone...

As a horde-side twink builder I love these. I'll stock up on about 10 of them by having an alt parked next to the vendor and buying the weapon whenever it respawns. I have two accounts so I can cheaply transfer them to the ally AH. I get about 50g a piece on ally side.

Yes! I was lucky enough to have her selling it to me so I bought it. Watched a part of a TV show (5 Mins) Looked at what she was selling again, Throat Piercers and The sinister Scimitar! I am very lucky!

Guide how to get Throat Piercers as an Alliance player in 10 steps:
1. Get your Alliance main in Booty Bay.
2. Create a Blood Elf.
3. Go to Tranquillen with the Blood Elf and buy your Throat Piercers (you may have to check at the vendor several times in order to get it, as many players want that item).
4. Go with your Blood Elf in Silvermoon City and teleport to Undercity using the teleporter in Sunfury Spire.
5. From Undercity take the Zeppelin to Oggrimar.
6. From Oggrimar go south-south-west until you reach Racthet.
7. From Ratchet take the boat to Booty Bay.
8. Auction your Throat Piercers at the neutral Auction House in Booty Bay.
9. Log out and enter with your Alliance main as fast as possible.
10. Buy the Throat Piercer and send it to your twink.

Note: You should try to post the item at an off-hour, as you don't want it to be bought by some other player ;)

Enjoy your new Thrown Weapon!

EDIT: I just discovered that u cannot buy the items another character on the same account posted on AH, so you should bring an Alliance mate with you to buy Throat Piercer for you after you post it on AH.

Got these by making a blood elf and logging out near the vendor.
Its the best way. Just log out now and then and log in on the blood elf and they must be there..

Good money off Neutral AH's with these.

Unfortunately I've seen level 29 twinks still holding on to this item. If you're looking for a "stat stick" for the level 20-29 bracket, you can upgrade to the "Naga Heartpiercer," which gives +5 Agility. http://www.wowhead.com/?item=3078
It is also fairly easy to obtain.

Correct. While Naga Heart Piercer is a healthy +5 AGI, it and the RFK bow blow chunks to get. If you plan on just having something to sit there for stats, go get yourself a bow.

These are functional because of the .5 cast. keep guys in combat, daze a hunter, spam dmg...

The way i got my Throat Piercers was by doing this ..

First off, I made a Horde character on the same account with my alliance characters (i'm on a normal server) and i ran the blood elf to the Silvermoon City Auction House and looked up Throat piercers, and sure enough there we're some in there for only 15g ! I checked on the alliance AH and nothing.. There was 1 set on the Neutral Booty Bay AH but they we're going for 50g 0_0..

This is the best Ranged for Rouges (If u cant get Heirlooms) BUT this is very good ageinst Hunters thats use Aspect of the Cheetah (less Cast time then the Heirloom Bow/Gun) and can be used to interrupt Bandage/Food/make a Rouge dont lose combat/Daze Huntes whit Aspect of the Cheetah or Finish some1 of if they got very little HP.
But most of the times the Heirlooms are better, so for u guys whit Heirlooms Ranged get this Thrown, it can be very useful.

The appearance rate at the vendor seems to be pretty low compared to the Sinister Scimitar. I'd say a ratio of 1:5 1 being the Throat Piercers, 5 being the Scimitar, If you're fortunate enough the vendor has anything at all.

I went to her and found the Scimitar for sale and bought it. I then came to wowhead and read all the comments. When I tabbed back in, she had the Throat Piercers for sale. Can't have been more than 10 minutes between the purchases, so there doesn't appear to be a very long timer for her to be able to relist something for sale.

smart tip for alli Make a horde deathknight get out of the start area (DON'T spend any money at all if you want to farm a bunch of these)Than head to booty bay get a hearth stone and than death gate to the area turn around and take a flight to Tranquillien, Ghostlands and once you land go to the vendor witch sells these (Female Poison vendor under a burnt tent) and check if you hit the jackpot hearth to Booty Bay put on AH for an allience to buy or have a 2nd account beside you DK as he puts the items in there cheap than switch account and buy so you get yourself one for your alt or lvl 19 twink. AND NOTICE: puting item on AH with horde than loging off and jumping on a toon witch is on the same account WILL NOT let you buy it and you might have it taken from some1 near by. So bring a friend, pay some1 to get it witch i don't really recomend or have your second account ready to buy it.

A few things I picked up just now when I bought mine.

When I arrived she didn't have them.
Refreshed the buy window several times. They showed up within around 7 mins.
Was level 13 when I tried to buy.
YOU MUST BE LEVEL 14+ TO BUY.

I know it seems arbitrary, but I was none too happy to see myself 4 bars away and unable to buy them.
(Killed a couple things in the dead scar to level. They sit for a while before they despawn from the shop again.)

Best item for a rogue for a long time. (Relatively speaking. Leveling is nothing compared to what it used to be.)
If you twink at all, these are a Rogue's must have. And with Cata just around the corner, and battlegrounds being REGION wide, Twinks should once again become a viable way to waste time.
