These quests are really worth doing, as the characters will turn neutral and not attack you afterwards. Besides, it's some really easy 50 000 experience.

The four persons you get the quest from (by killing them) are:

Cohlien Frostweaver (http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=19545)
Abjurist Belmara (http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=19546)

Four items (and, respectively, NPC's that drop them):
Tomo di Belmara from Abiuratrice Belmara - patrols west part of the village next to tower.
Cappello di Cohlien from Cohlien Gelaconi - patrols north-west of village town hall.
Mantello di Luminrath from Evocatore Luminrath - patrols east of tower and town hall.
Lama di Dathric from Mago Guerriero Dathric - inside town hall itself.

All NPC's will become neutral to the player, once their respective quests are turned in.
Regardless of what is listed, the drop rate is actually 100%, as you would expect for a quest starting item.
