Though this is the standard choice for vendor water for level 70s, I recommend purchasing Star's Tears from the pvp suppliers instead, which can also be used anywhere, and only costs 40% as much (ignoring the honor cost, which is negligible).

Though the Star's Tears may be slightly cheaper just remember you're paying for conveniance as well, this can be bought almost anywhere whereas Star's Tears can only be bought from pvp suppliers.

Anyone else find it odd that no vendors in Dalaran sell this water, despite it being sold by vendors throughout Northrend?

Went in search of this because i needed it for jewel crafting item. It is sold in outland, in the inn at hellfire.

Saw that someone had posted that you could not buy this from a vendor until reaching level 65, dunno if this has been changed recently or what but I just bought it in Hellfire Pen. with my level 60 Death Knight, now given I can't actually use it at this level but if you're needing this for jewelcrafting as I was you can send a lower than level 65 to purchase it! :) So just to confirm, it cannot be USED until level 65, however you can purchase it from a vendor at a lower level.
