This gem looks like the excuse to keep people PvPing in Halaa. Having something to look forward to is always nice even beyond just the fun of PvP.

A fellow PVPer ingame has just informed me that it does indeed count as 10 Resilience RATING.

Sorry, not a bugged Godlike gem - not particuarly worth the 500 tokens, IMO.

Then again, I have no use for tokens. Discarded atleast 400 of them so far.

Uber-nerf to cost incoming....

As of next patch (April 2007) the cost of this is reduced to 100 tokens.

What on earth I'm going to do with the 300 I have left over I'm not sure. Just do NOT buy this gem before cost comes down. Don't know if it's considered 'used' once you socket it and can therefore buy another one, but we'll see.

At the new cost of 100 tokens, this seems like a pretty good buy. Throw this in one of the PvP Necklaces and you get +24 or +25 Resilience rating from a neck piece.

Not too shabby.

Just to clarify, I bought this in 2.1 on the live servers.
It costs 100 tokens and is "Unique-Equipped" on the live realm

Noob`ish question here....
wth is Resilience... what is it good for and why is it on so many of the epics out there.. i've seen it so many times.. but no one can explain it to me.. it seems to be important but lacks definition..i've checked the spells of paladins and warlocks, but the only thing i have gathered from them is that this resilience is the ability to "not get crit - so much"

If you have a hoard of Emblema della Battaglia di Halaa leftover from your Draenor mission table, the Mystic Dawnstone is one of the few items that can be purchased with them.

You'll probably want to buy the two mounts first (from Aldraan for Alliance, or Coreiel for Horde), and then the transmog appearances for your armor type (from Quartiermastro Davian Vaclav for Alliance, or Quartiermastro Jaffrey Noreliqe for Horde). These vendors are in Outland Nagrand, and they are only available when your faction controls the PvP towers. You'll also need some Emblema della Ricerca di Halaa to buy the mounts and transmogs.

Once you have the mounts and transmogs (and a couple of recipes if they are your profession), the Pietraurora Mistica is all that's left to purchase. If you're already at max level this gem will be useless, so just throw your extra tokens on the ground.

If you're just getting into Shadowlands, then a little +3 armor gem is better than nothing, if you get a piece with a socket that you know you'll be replacing quickly, so you don't want to put a more valuable Shadowlands gem in the socket.

I bought a Vera di Laestrite Versatile on the AH, it is a Shadowlands item of iLvl 100 and equippable at level 50, and it came with a socket. I was successfully able to socket the Mystic Dawnstone in it.
