Got lucky, dropped from Mo'Grosh Ogre in about 5 kills; 66,34

the drop rates are definately being affected by the fact that the majority of these ogres are killed by people who do not have the quest for the crystal. I have done this quest on every alliance toon i've ever made/deleted/remade so i've probably done this quest 15-20 times and i've seen it drop on the first mob, and i've seen it string out for over an hour of killing these guys (no clue how many i killed). But normally it's within about 20-30 kills.

Well took me about 70 kills to get the diamond to drop, the tear and the venom dropped on my first kills ><

The drop rate is extremely low. If you get it in your first or second clear of the entire ogre area, count yourself lucky.

Drop rate is ridiculously low, but I managed to get it off a Shaman after 25 kills. I just ran around the entire area killing everything in sight till it dropped.

this drop rate is absurd coupled with the extremely LONG respawn rate for these mobs, you'd think you're grinding for a BoE rare
