I'm a bit curious as to what these are supposed to be good for, except as a cheap alternative to other enchants. Enchanters can do regeneration enchants on chest (6 mp5) and boots (4 mp5), so for those slots this isn't too impressive. There are also better glove enchants, and tailors can make better leg slot enchants.

I suppose this could be useful as a cheap alternative to put on gear that you don't feel is worth the good enchants, but then why does this require Revered to learn?

Great for Twinking your alts, Toss it on their Gear, Only a primal and some leather. Lvl 60 req to place on their gear if it is BoE before you mail it and have it Equipped.

It's not easy/cheap to get a hand or foot item enchant for caster. So I feel that is the best use of these kits. The mats should take about 20 minutes to farm.
