Just turn right once you enter the cave, left is a dead end... and then go down, down, down (most south-west area in cave).

Follow the right wall after you enter the cave and you shouldn't miss it.

Well apparently I did... twice! The coords are right, its a VERY small chest. Stick to the right, as you go down the ramp it will be directly in front of you before the ramp doubles back on itself.

Dwarves can track this. It shows up as a treasure just like many other quest items. ^^

It can be an easy find if you know what you are doing.

When you first enter the cave, turn right. Follow the path till you get to the half-circle and the path on the map straightens out. You now that you are at the right place when you see that the path goes back towards you and down.

At the far end of that wall, behind the earthen dude, It is right there. Even though it is small, it is visible on the platform and the color is not the green-blue of the cave.

Newbie here but I have to say, the tips are great. Yep, it's small but hang to the right from the entrance of the cave and you will find it after fighting a few lurkers.

Tiny little chest on top of a rock ledge at 70,97 in the bottom part of the cave :) Easiest thing is to drop straight down to the Lord Klaq then work your way southwest.
Ignore the quest marker which is set to outside the cave entrance!

I kept getting attacked and rooted, until I got killed TWICE, by an enemy that I couldn't see anywhere. By an enemy that wasn't there. Of course the closest graveyard is over 1000 yards away. Thanks Blizz!
