Since Primal Life goes for about 4g, this is a cheap way to get 15 stamina to legs so you could do it for about 20g (knothide kits are 8 stamina and cost about 7g)

As far as I know Silver Spellthread is only sold by the aldor quartermaster, though here it says its also sold by the scryer one.
Anyone that can confirm this?

Aldor = Healing
Scyer = Damage

Reason i went with Aldor in the first place, was becuase they were Draenei and so was I, I had always thought that we didn't have a choice, that Horde were assigned to Scryer and Alliance was to Aldor.

See...what I want to know is if you get to revered with the aldor and then go the other way to the scryers, do you keep the recipe and/or can't use it if you go back below revered with the faction....

At one time Scryor was the damage house and Aldor was the healing house. Blizzard merged the relevant stats into a single spellpower stat and the recipes for Mystic and Silver Spellthread then produced identical results. So choose the one that's cheapest to make, using either Primal Mana or Primal Life.
