Please be aware that some players may have very old versions of this recipe in their inventories. The requirements, aside from being friendly with the Consortium to buy it in the first place, will say "Requires Jewelcrafting (325)" there is no mention of it being an Outland design, and you will not be able to learn this design at all as Outland Jewelcrafting goes up to 75.

I went to do the Mana Tombs as I was neutral with the Consortium and once a couple of runs were done, I was friendly so off to see Quartermaster Paulsta'ats. (He is in the Nagrand zone, at 30.5/56.9 in the Aeris Landing by a Consortium gate). I bought the same design, Shifting Shadow Draenite, for 5 gold and 70 silver, it stated in its requirements that I needed "Outland Jewelcrafting (15)"
I am glad I only lost 50 gold in the AH as I try not to waste it on older recipes so much but as a recipe collector, it is nice to have them all. I am working towards getting Exalted with the Consortium to buy the rest.

Interestingly enough, after I had learned the design from the one I had bought from the Quartermaster, it showed on the older version I had already learned it. Live and learn :)
