1) All ring enchantments make "Bind when Equipped" rings Soulbound.
2) All ring enchantments are enchanters only. You can't sell ring enchantments in any form (Formulas are "Bind on Pickup", Rings become soul bounded, and can not be traded within the trade screen.
3) Requires a level 35 (or higher) Ring.

I am seriously considering dropping Alchemy for enchanting. And giving my alt shaman alchemy instead. This enchant will give me 24 extra damage. Plus I could just farm Ramparts/scholo/lBRS/Strath when I am bored and get tons of Shards.

So how hard is it to level to 360? I bet there is a road block somewhere.

as of patch 2.2, mats for this enchant (and others) have been lowered. This is now just 2 shards and 2 greater planar

My mats still list as 8 Large Prismatics and 8 Greater Planars ... anyone know when this patch is going to happen? :(

after doing heroics for badges for so long, and not having much luck with the whole "enchanting X, Y, Z, free w/your mats" i ended up using this to level my enchanting from 367 to 375

I just bought this formula as a level 90 with 600 Enchanting and Honored with Keepers of Time. I swear I bought this before, but whatever -- bought it (again) today.

Problem is, I get told "The spell is not available to you".

What gives? Any suggestions?

As of patch 6.0.2, all enchantments to rings are removed, hence this recipe will not work for you.

I kept getting the "The spell is not available to you." error message every time I attempted to learn the recipe.

Submitted a ticket to Blizzard CS to clarify, and they've confirmed that this recipe is obsolete and will not work anymore, due to the "no profession combat perks" rule in the new patch.

DO NOT BUY THIS!

If you do and then try to learn this you will see a screen message that says "The spell is not available to you."

If you did purchase this item leave it in your bag, then submit a help ticket and Blizz will indeed confirm that this should not be in the game and will remove it from your bags and refund you your purchase price. (Guess they are still working on removing it from the game in a future update.)
