I used to farm in Un'Goro for Savage Fronds, but I recently started taking a liking to Felwood better. The mobs seem to be more compact and there's also Water Elementals nearby that have a chance to drop some Core of Elements (if you're going for the Insignias, this is another turn-in item). You can also get living / water essences from these two mobs.

Turn 30 of these in to the Argent Dawn at Light's Hope Chapel, Eastern Plague Lands for Argent Dawn Insignias which are used to buy gear.

Felwood 50,20 up in the north end. Just kill the IRONTREE STOMPERS ( there off to the right of the road in Irontree Woods). If you go around the water in a counter clockwise rotation, you should get enough Savage Frond's in 3 or 4 rounds ( they respawn as you go around) . Drops are about 1 every 2/3 mobs.

The best place to get these is in Dire Maul instance. When you first enter in the east side. They drop from almost all of the monsters

The quests (initial and repeatable followup) formerly available at Lights Hope Chapel are now obsolete, and nothing else currently known uses them.
