Does it only hold enchanting supplies like dust and shards or anything? (I'm guessing supplies only but you never know)

Probably the best bang for the buck in regards to enchanting bags. It costs me about 5g on my server to get it, and you'll be fine on space until you become a seriously heavy enchanter.

as above post said, this is all you really need, any more mats you get put in bank or send to an alt

At the current price of 16 & 18 slot bags, I'd forego any special limited bags and just get big bags you can store anything in. I usually have enough gold without using an alt by level 16-20 to buy 4 big bags anyway, then I fill in my bank as I need them. I have never had to want for space.

The up side of these 'special' bags is that if you disenchant something it goes straight to this bag, keeping your bags alot more organized.

i have to agree that it's too limiting to have one of your bags only available for dusts and shards, particularly when it's hard to use up enchating items as you collect them. i tailor and enchant. most enchanting requres 2,3 or 4 different things you're not likely to get at the same time and in the same zone as you adventure. you also might need odd items like 1 heart of fire that will likely be most efficient to auction for. every level or so i go to town and take all my dusts, shards, etc out of the bank and do a big enchanting session, sometimes reenchanting the same item 10 times. then i put everything back in the bank to clear my bags. tailoring, on the other hand, you basically just have to carry thread. you can tailor items with just the mageweave or runecloth and thread so it's practical to carry all your tailoring items with you and tailor as you collect them, then disenchant them to clear bag space. i used to try to sell all my tailored creations on auction but eventually it got to be too big a hassle for too little return. there is too much competition on selling tailored items.
