90 Attack Power will give you a 6.4 damage per second boost, which over the duration of the effect should slightly under 96 extra points of damage (depending on your weapons speed) if you are only using autoattacks.

As well when you use this item, it will summon a tiny black panther at your side for the duration of the buff. No game effect but it is awfully cute.

There are quite a number of designs around the world available for purchase. I do not think being able to purchase this item constitutes a bug, and it's definetly nice for a rogue or feral druid in the low levels. This can be purchased from a Theramore female NPC in the first house to the left of the flight master, and is likewise on a limited supply.

Well, if it is bugged then I encourage all rogues and druids to pick one up fast, before Blizzard realizes this and removes it from the vendor. It certainly has its uses, even at higher levels.

The black panther figurine is still purchaseable as of december 18th, at least on alliance side.

Not sure it's actually a bug they can be bought, if it is it's sure a rather long-lived one.

And of course and as always, it's a lot easier for Alliance to get their hands on this one.

Hordes have to go through the entire Stranglethorn Vale (have fun with those animals), pass Darkshire (woohoo) and go through the Deadwind pass (pray no one has pulled out one of those lvl 55 birdies into your path). Enjoy the ganking on PVP servers. Add the fact that worldwide, there are 2 Alliance chars for each Horde char, and your odds of having a fun trip decay rapidly.

A Night Elf can fetch this as lvl 1 without any problems at all. Run through the woods to Darnassus, take the ship to Auberdeen, switch ships and go to Theramore. Done! The other races must go through Wetlands (lvl 21 mobs at the highest) to find the ship. Still, unless you are unlucky, you won't see a single Horde char.

Still, this is a very good trinket. Possible one of the better you can have for a very long time.

I just checked Theramore. Only the design (not the figurine itself) was being sold on current live servers. (Maybe stealth fix in 2.0.4?)

Why is this thing BoP? its good, but not that good. I think its unfair to rogue and druid (and the odd warrior/pally/hunter) players to have this denied from us because of a profession choice.

The following items give the following bonuses to stealth. 5 points means that you will be as difficult to detect in stealth as a character one level higher. (So if you are a level 22 character and have 15 stealth bonus points, you will be as difficult to detect as a level 25 character with none.)

I would guess that this trinket is possibly a reference to the Forgotten Realms character Drizz't Do'Urden, who uses a small statue of a black panther to summon his animal companion.

So i picked this up, Payed 1.3k gold to lvl JCing on my 39 rogue to 215, And i absolutly LOVE this trinket against other rogues, Considering im a human my racial + Master of Deception I have +20 Stealth detect so i have the stealth lvl of being 43.......1 problem.....Hunters Track Stealth gives them 30 points of stealth detect so with both of these Its like they are lvl 45,Which if their pet is on aggresive will ALWAYS charge you out of stealth before you can cheap shot them, Just a thought for any rogues or druids who are thinking about paying a ton on Jcing for this since Hunters are such Popular Twinks
