I visited Fariel last night with 15 coins....she only had the rockets quests for me, no tailoring quest (Festive Recipe). Im level 70 and have 375 tailoring. Anyone had the same issue? Help...need those patterns :)

As of this year (2009), you can buy this pattern directly from the NPC for the 5x Coin of Ancestry and does not have to be level 50+.

This item refers to the old version. The new (Bind on Pickup) version of this pattern is Modello: Vestito della Celebrazione.

This is the old sellable version of the pattern. The one you can get now is BoP.
The pattern usually sells for 10000-25000 (if you're lucky). I've sold around 5 of these and it takes a while to get them sold so be patient.

This is the old version of the pattern, the new one is soulbound so can't sell it on the auction house.
I was smart enough to farm alot of these while they could be sold on AH, without knowing about the changes that would be made later on in the game.

BUT, it's not easy to sell on the auction house on the servers that I try to sell mine (EU servers).
They usually go for 8000-10000g after a long wait time on my servers, but its worth it seeing that the deposit for it is only 7s for 48 hours.
