To acquire Mistletoe simple type /kiss while targeting a Winter Reveler which are located in most Inns. Also Winter Reveler will only be spawned during the Christmas holiday.

Winter Reveler will randomly give you Mistletoe or Fresh Holly after typing /kiss.

Please don't downrate without verifying or knowing how it works.

As you can see on these two screenshots, after less than 4 hours the debuff disappeared - even though the char was online only 30 seconds - check /played time and the debuff.

You can no longer send items with duration in the mail. You can still trade them, however. Get snowflakes on alts, trade them all to a friend (or your other account if you have several) who can trade them back to you.

The snowflakes are not bop, but they have a 'duration' so you cannot send them to other players, not even characters on your account and realm, when trying to send by mail, you get the message " You cannot send an item with a duration ".

Not sure wether you can trade them tho.

I know it's random... but the Winter Revelers in Dal are giving me nothing. Has anyone noticed any NPC's are particularly generous with the Mistletoe? My druid hasn't gotten any yet.

For some odd reason, I keep getting Handful of Snowflakes everytime i kiss the Winter Reveler in Dalaran. Maybe its just my bad luck :(

Personal suggestion for those having trouble getting drops:

Random drops from even NPC's always leave me hanging - IF - I use the same one over and over. If I try one at another inn, especially those in outlying cities (such as the one in theramore, for example,) I get one seemingly every time.

Worked on hallows end, also, for the stupid toothpick I needed, when it wouldn't drop in Dal.

I went to the Horde bar in Dalaran, & got both snowflakes & mistletoe. Using a male Tauren so far the male orc reveler has given me the mistletoe while the female orc reveler has given me the snowflakes.

Mistletoe can be retrieved by doing the /kiss emote to any targeted Winter Reveler NPC, but there's also a chance you may recieve Agrifoglio Fresco or Manciata di Fiocchi di Neve instead.

No Mistletoe so far. So, wait, if I don't get lucky, or can't be on 24/7 to get the most chances, then I have to wait til next year rolls around for the related achievement? Ouch

I don't know if I'm just lucky or what. But it's happened twice so far. I clicked on the NPC before kissing them, when they talk I look for the one that says "ah, mistletoe" and /kiss them and so far they've been the ones that drop me the 5x mistletoe. The first time it was the guy dwarf in IF second time it was the girl.

Why is it that i just simply can't use the mistletoe? I can rightclick on the mistletoe, but i can't put it on any enemy target...

Re: "Where do I get the Mistletoe?; Snow Flakes?; Holly?" - You target any Winter Reveler in any Inn, and /kiss them. In addition to kiss noises, brief music, and flying hearts graphics, you will receive a stack of five of either Vischio, or Agrifoglio Fresco, or Manciata di Fiocchi di Neve (assuming you have room in your bags.) There is roughly an equal chance for these to drop, and you can try again every hour.

You get a one hour debuff preventing the items from dropping again for an hour. The debuff works in real time, not play time on that toon, so if you switch toons or take a break, you can /kiss the Winter Reveler again an hour later.

The revelers are always in pairs, a male and a female, for your psychological convenience. Most Inns have them. The labels on the Winter Reveler npcs are <race> <gender> Winter Reveler, not just Winter Reveler. The drop is not affected by which one you choose to kiss, nor which Inn you use.

You can even target the other faction's Winter Revelers. I tested this in Dalaran; I stood my Belf Mage at the door of the Alliance Inn and kissed one of the Revelers standing way inside. (The Winter Reveler was neutral, your faction's are friendly.) I got Manciata di Fiocchi di Neve, so it works.

All three items that drop are used for Feast of Winter Veil achievements:

Vischio
(one stack) Horde Festività fraterne
(two stacks) Alliance Festività fraterne
Excess Mistletoe does not disappear after The Feast of Winter Veil ends, and can be used to apply a spirit buff, useful on healers. This buff does not interfere with other buffs.

Agrifoglio Fresco
(one stack) Tu incendi dalle stelle
You need either Agrifoglio Fresco or Agrifoglio Conservato. Use the Agrifoglio Fresco first, since it disappears after The Feast of Winter Veil ends.
Excess Fresh Holly disappears after The Feast of Winter Veil ends (this being the primary difference between Fresh Holly and Preserved Holly). Since Fresh Holly is also soulbound, you might as well use it up.

Manciata di Fiocchi di Neve
(at least two stacks) Nevicata invernale
You can do this with two stacks if you make no mistakes.
Excess Handfuls of Snowflakes disappear after The Feast of Winter Veil ends. They are not soulbound, but as temporary items, cannot be auctioned, mailed, nor put in your guild bank. They can be handed to another player.

Has anyone experienced terrible luck with Mistletoe in 2017? Im moving into my 15 attempts and have yet to see Mistletoe on any of my characters.

Mistletoe has changed for 2018. Instead of granting (a measly amount of) spirit, it now grants versatility. The amount varies but is not insignificant. I have seen it give anywhere from 27 to 52 (if I recall correctly). Probably based on the level of the target, but I have not verified that yet. Anyway, a nice way to buff friends. Just hoping it will still work after the Winter Veil event is over.

Hotfixed on January 7th. Now bound to the Feast of Winter Veil and is automatically removed after the event ends. Any players that had leftover Mistletoe from this past year's event will no longer have them as of today.

1. Get Vischio from Winter Reveler use /kiss on Her ( i done it in Dalaran WOTLK 43 63 as well She can give you 2 other items Agrifoglio Fresco or Manciata di Fiocchi di Neve ). You can get maximum 5 but you need 8 You will need to come and try in next hour to get 5 more.

2. Use Vischio on:
- I start from Fratello Nimetz He is in Northern Stranglethorn 47 11 in Rebel Camp,
- Fratello Wilhelm on back of Blackshmit in Goldshire 41 65 Elwynn Forest.
- Fratello Kristoff 54 54 near the fountain in Cathedral Sqare Stormwind City.
- Fratello Benjamin Inside Cathedral
- Fratello Joshua Inside Cathedral
- Fratello Cassius Inside Cathedral
- Fratello Crowley Inside Cathedral in the basement
- Fratello Karman 67 47 in Theramore Isle Dustwallow Marsh ( Use ship in Wetlands to get there ).

The chance of getting Mistletoe is very low for some reason, I legit got 30 snowballs, 20 fresh holly before I got my first Mistletoe
