can't buy this anywhere, you'll have to create a Undead/Orc rogue to get it, not Soulbound in anyway so feel free to send it to another character

I love this shirt, however I am alliance. I found the best way for an alliance to get this is to make an Orc rogue (which is closest to Ratchet). Walk to Ratchet from starting point. If you die, the spirit may be closer to Ratchet than you, don't be afraid to rez (you won't get sickness as a level 1).

You shouldn't die much at all if you stay on the road. Once you get to Ratchet, boat over to Booty Bay. You'll need an alliance friend or a second account, use the Auction House and put up the shirt (no deposit needed), and buy it with the other account or friend. Then get it to your char.

This shirt is part of the starting outfit for Orc and Undead rogues. They also start with Thug Pants, Thug Boots, Worn Dagger and Crude Throwing Axe.

This shirt looks awesome with Shaman tier 10, the sleeves cover the part the armor dosent and makes it look neat =)

Spent the last month or so looking for this shirt on different Horde dominant servers ... haggling with their locals to try and get my hands on one of these. The average price i found was 15-30k and on the Ally side as high as 100-250k. (I paid 10k)

It seems these have slowly started to disappear.. even more scarce than other "no longer in game" items such as the ruby shades (found on most servers at moderate prices). I was only able to locate a handful of servers with the item on the AH (Not saying they're not out there, just at this current time there were only a few on the US servers).

In the end this is a must have for any ruthless banker.. can't be all gangster and under cuttin peeps in the AH without having your official "Thug" shirt..LOL.

I have a level 1 rogue on Mal'Ganis with the complete thug set and I'm looking to sell the clothes. Thug shirt/pants/shoes, worn dagger & worn dirk. if you want any of it i'm usually online EST 12 pm - 3 p.m. on archmorkov (holy priest)

Former starting shirt for Orc and Undead Rogues. Since patch 4.0.3 it has been replaced by Veste da Teppista for Orcs and Giaco da Bandito for Undead.
The only race that starts off with a shirt now is Worgen Hunters, Warriors and Rogues who get Camicia dell'Avventuriero Gilneano.
All other race/class combos only start off with a chest piece, not a shirt.
Prior to Cataclysm, most characters started off with a shirt, but these were removed in favor of chest pieces in patch 4.0.3.
However, Thomas Yance in Passato di Colletorto still sells these shirts for bankers or RP purposes:

Pre-Cataclysm starting shirts (that are now unobtainable) will very likely sell for a premium on the AH. These include:

So I have this on my ally banker and someone had it up for 97k so I put mine up for 50k in the hopes that either the other guy will buy it from me or someone else will think it's a great deal and pick it up . But it's very shocking that I still have this and I'm gonna look on all my toons now

If you have these old shirts on forgotten characters on random servers, or characters that you created prior to 4.0, you can hold onto them for Legion and learn them yourself, or sell them on that other server's AH, and spend the money on WoW tokens or pets. Just unequip them before 7.0 drops. :)
