I'm running this on a 90, now that we can solo these dungeons. I've killed this thing three times and not gotten the skin of the sandworm, so it looks like they have dinked with the drop rate.

1 kill, 1 drop at level 90. seems like it still has its near 100% drop rate

I don't know if anyone is running the leggings quest at the moment, but after my 12th attempt at this and getting Pelle Intatta di Ouro instead of the skin, I submitted a ticket to know if there was an issue with the droprate on this thing, the reported 80+% chance clearly not working for me.

Will delete this comment if it turns out I'm just extremely unlucky, but if anything interesting ends up in the GM's reply, I will update it with that instead.

I got this the very first try on my Warlock. It has taken 12 weeks now to get it on my Hunter and I abandoned the quest this week before running it. Every other time while on the quest I got the hide instead and started to wonder if there was something buggy going on. Maybe if you are having trouble like I did try abandoning the quest before killing him.
