I hate that none of the gear from any of the scarabs is death knight. I got my death knight loads of these from the temple and now he has no use for them!

Seriously. Find something else to QQ. You aren't going to die because you dont get some old world epics.

Not much point in this place existing once tbc launched. Most green items when you land in ol pawn these without trying, and that was the point. Your not going to be wearing the epic trash you get from this place anyway.

Unless your playing on a private server that only has vanilla on it..otherwise just don't waste your time.

I think they will likely remove these old raids, such as aq20/40 and mc and bwl and turn them into 'questing areas'. Like they did with Zul Gurub. They really don't need these places, and besides it would probably be cheaper to make new raids than mess around with things like this. Note though they only moved naxxaramas because it was part of wrath etc.

It would probably cost too much money to redevelop these and the time would probably be too costly in terms of redeveloping the place, they wont just upgrade the levels..there is all sorts of things they need to fix and change.

Not true in the slightest. It is much cheaper to "update" old raids like this one than it is to create brand new ones. They did it with Naxx*, and they've now done it with Zul'Gurub and Zul'Aman (I understand your post predates that development).

By using an old raid, they don't have to produce new art, they don't have to produce new music, they don't have to write new dialogue, they don't have to craft new models, etc. etc. Granted, in some cases they may choose to do some of these things anyway (The new Zul'Gurub has very little in common with the original), but overall it will still be much cheaper.

*Naxx was absolutely a question of money. Yes it did fit into the Wrath story arc, but it could easily have been an entirely new instance or setting with entirely new encounters. Instead, perhaps due to budget constraits, time constraits, or any other reason, Blizzard decided to update an existing raid to level 80.

This item drops from trash mobs in Rovine di Ahn'qiraj and Ahn'qiraj and can also be found in Forziere dello Scarabeo or Grande Forziere dello Scarabeo in the same areas, respectively.

Scarabs are used for redeeming epic items through quests provided near the raid entrance in Rovine di Ahn'qiraj or after the first boss, Profeta Skeram, in Ahn'qiraj (quest-givers' approximate coordinates are 59,68). The items that require reputation with Circolo Cenariano are redeemed in Rovine di Ahn'qiraj, while the ones requiring Stirpe di Nozdormu are redeemed in Ahn'qiraj.

Requires 5x Scarabeo d'Oro for Elmo della Genesi from Andorgos to redeem Elmo della Genesi (must be Friendly with Stirpe di Nozdormu).
Requires 5x Scarabeo d'Oro for Spalletti della Genesi from Andorgos to redeem Spalletti della Genesi (must be Neutral with Stirpe di Nozdormu).

Cacciatore:

Requires 5x Scarabeo d'Oro for Sigillo del Sentiero Invisibile from Invocatrice del Vento Yessendra to redeem Sigillo del Sentiero Invisibile (must be Honored with Circolo Cenariano).
