Just a heads up, but the new crafted items and enchantments found in TBC don't require any pre-expansion material (ie nexus crystals).

The Void Crystals are going to be the equivalent to the Nexus Crystal in the Burning Cursade Expansion.

Anyway, if you want to disenchant old level 60 epics, don't do it. You will get more gold just for vendoring them.

But do note--enchanting recipes that formerly used Nexus Crystals now use Small Prismatics.

Although all the (vanilla) enchants that previously used this item now require small prismatic shards instead, the ability to turn nexus crystals into small prismatic shards can only be learned in Outland. Additionally, the other reagents for these enchants are generally Burning Crusade items, so if you don't have the expansion, you're going to have to buy the mats off of the auction house to create the enchants that used to be craftable without BC.

It is a shame that such a cool looking item has so litle use anymore. I wish the game developers could somehow get the idea to bring all these "oldschool/vanilla" items back because they are after all part of WoW. But guess they wont do it, or who knows, only time shows.
