To get one of these you must farm/buy 16 complete twilight cultist sets (cowl, mantle, robe). You must also get 9 large brilliant shards.

Next use 12 of your cultist sets to kill 12 templars (solo or duo encounter)
Now turn in your 12 crests from the templars with 4 of your shards to make 4 twilight medalions of the station. (must be friendly)
Use 3 of those necklaces and 3 more cultist sets to kill 3 dukes (5 man encounter) and get 3 signets.
Turn in your 3 signets with your last 5 shards for the twilight ring of lordship (must be revered).

Finaly use your last cultist set, medalion of the station, and ring of lordship to summon a lord. (20 man encounter).

Notes: If at anytime you wipe to a summoned mob, it will despawn and you will have lost all the items used to summon him. Also all of the items are tradeable so you can have someone else do the turn ins if you lack the faction to do them.

You can use these sceptors to further your rep with the Cenarion Faction while getting a chest of goods as a reward at the same time, sometimes consisting of Rare or even Epic items as well as potions/essences/food & Drinks.

1 Sceptor is also required to get the 'Band of Cenarius' (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=22725) when you are exalted.

It is good to get at least 2 abyssal scepters, one to get the "Band of Cenarius" as mentioned above, and one to get a Chest of Spoils http://www.wowhead.com/?item=20602 which only costs one abyssal scepter the first time. Its pretty much a lottery what you get, but you usually end up breaking even or getting out on top.

2.3 certainly made the lords easier to handle. They are down to only 40k life now and hit for much less. While the quest to kill them is still marked as a raid, a 5-man at level 60 is more then enough to take one down. At level 70, you should be able to solo them as well.

can anyone tell me do i need to summon those bosses anymore or they are random spawn now in 2.3! i don't want to farm all those things so tell me that please so i can abandon q ^^ Ty

When you defeat one of these mobs does everyone in the group/raid get a Abyssal Scepter or just one person?

ssssoooo not worth the time and energy

consider that one could sell the whole set of the twilight fashion for around 10g (Mandoran Server)

Be really really sure that there are no enemies around while doing this quest. I summoned the Lord who drops these (after a hell of a grind) and a druid popped out of hiding and killed me, causing him to despawn (goodbye 16 sets of clothes and a bunch of large brilliant shards). Which really really sucks.

Please note: If you have more than one set of Twilight Garbs in your bags and summon any of the mobs (Lesser Windstone, Windstone, Greater Windstone, etc.) you currently risk loosing more than the set you were wearing.

In response to the comment by Lieandra, which has been mistakenly uprated: No, you do not. You just can't count. The game prioritizes the ones in your bag over the ones you have equipped. It will burn them in order from backpack to the fifth bag to the left, taking them from top to bottom row, moving left to right along the rows inside of the bag, and will only use the ones you have equipped if you have no item in your bag. I've raised this reputation on three characters now dating back to vanilla. There is not and never was a bug, your inventory is just a mess and "looking into it" is the standard(tm) response.
