The treat bag from which the object originates is received by speaking to an Inn Keeper during the Hallow's End event.

Typically, you receive approximately 4-6 of these at a time. Unlike the masks that drop from the treat bags and some of the other Hallow's End candy, these have no duration.

The icon on this item is wrong here and on the PTR, same as for the Aquadynamic Fish Attractor, as they both share the same icon. In fact, they look more like a lolipop rather than a ham.

Even molten giants just want a hug sometimes. Of course that would kill people, and they would melt chocolate, so they eat lollipops. Give your local molten giant a /hug, make them lose some damn weight so they stop crushing me when I kill them!

Pre-Cata, Leccalecca, Grano Caramellato, and Barretta Candita used to drop as loot from the pumpkins. That Lollipop (the 3% one) and the Candy Corn are no longer available. The Candy Bar (the 3% one) is still available, but not from the buckets.

There are other Lollipops and Candy Bars in the game.
