I had a guildmate suggest that we could use these in raid. The tooltip of the item in the bags does not indicate if it can be used in instanced content. However, the buff of the item once used states "Does not function in Raids, Dungeons, or instanced content." It also does not persist through death. Feel free to eat this tasty treat at your leisure.

Consuming one of these items counts towards the achievement Grande Buongustaio del Banchetto di Rubino. There is no associated cosmetic marker that you have the buff upon your character. Cespuglio di Bacche di Aruunem grow on Duskfall Island in Talador in the Warlords of Draenor expansion.

These things are GREAT in the Primalist Future in the Temporal Conflux.

All the damage from the stacking debuff on the ground level is frost damage, as is the damage from the frost endboss and his minions (if you get that boss). If your low-geared character is having trouble surviving there, this item's buff lasts an hour and cuts it all by 30%.

How do i get more of these? I already completed the quest but sadly i deleted the items and I can't seem to find any of these in the zone of the ruby feast

Edit: after a week of trying, i finally catch the pie on the table left of the red dragon. It comes with the tea. Good luck everyone :D
