The effects of the slow can be ignored by an immunity effect (for example, a Paladin's Divine Shield or a Rogue's Cloak of Shadows), but the player will still deal Shatter damage.

The discrepancy perplexes me. The debuff cleary says "incapacitated" whereas the applied aura is "Stun". Mah... (of course, provided the Repentance I linked is the one used by the MoV)

This potion is also very usefull against Rage Winterchill in Hyjal.
If you can't afford to drop a trinket in exchange for the medallion of the Alliance/Horde, this would be a nice substitute to excape the icey tomb. (Althought I would advise having both available for use incase one of them is on CD)

Can anyone confirm whether or not this potion works at 85? I'm trying to run through the old WotLK HCs for the achi (started HCs near the dawn of Cata, so didn't get very far), and as an Arms/Fury Warrior, and Intense Cold seems like it'd be pretty hard as Fury with just the PvP trinket (easier as Arms since I have Bladestorm, but i'd lose the damage I can shovel out as Fury) unless I can burst her down.

The reason I ask is because Free Action potion doesn't work for 85s, and this is the next best thing.

Currently at level 85 and I am receiving an error "Target is too high level" when trying to use these potions. looks like we've been ninja nerfed

Alchemy

Alchemy: Free Action Potion now lasts 30 sec if the player is level 80 or lower. For higher levels, the duration is equal to
that's 10 sec at level 85 if you suck at maths.
Alchemy: Living Action Potion now lasts 3 sec, down from 5 sec.

For some reason this isent shown on wowhead, but Evie Whirlbrew <Alchemy Supplies> in Everlook sells these. Stacks up to (2), and the respawn timer for one seems to be around 10 minutes.

To funny, In any case the pots work again, I'm going to be testing and updating what works on them in raids here. So far the only thing its worked on is Halfus Windbreakers roar, It removes you from the stun, and gets you through the second wave, But you get stunned again on the third one.

According to the character page of Evie Whirlbrew she does indeed sell two of these potions at a time. The respawn timer seems to vary if you had one respawn 10 minutes subsequent to the purchase. I arrived in Everlook and found the potions to be sold out. 25 minutes later none has appeared yet.

I use this all the time in battlegrounds, they're awesome. They're easy and cheap to craft, and don't share a cooldown with your PvP trinket. if anyone's interested, you can farm the materials for this very easily in Winterspring. Thirty minutes of farming is about 100 potions.

Confirmed that these still break stuns in PvP at level 90 (in my case, it was a rogue's Cheap Shot and/or Kidney Shot).

As for PvE uses, here are some notable things I've confirmed these remove in Pandaria:

1. The petrification debuff resulting from too many stacks of the "Flesh to Stone" spell cast by Mogu'shan Secret-Keepers in the Mogu'shan Vaults raid.

2. The stun from the Chains of Faith spell used by Disha Fearwarden and Muerta. The potion has saved me from their AoE several times now.

3. The Amber Prison stun cast by Sra'thik Amber-Trappers in the Wind Lord Mel'jarak encounter in the Heart of Fear raid.

An absolute god-send for Horrific Visions. Getting stunned is usually what will kill you in visions - either by direct damage or by sanity damage - so having a bunch of these on hands is exceptionally useful. They also work on the leaden foot madness to help you move faster when you've really gotta move.

A WoD recipe also exists. The WoD mats/potions are normally a little more expensive than the OG one, but if you can't get your hands on the vanilla potion there's an alternative. Both types share a CD.

As of Shadowlands, these don't work past level 50, so if you want to use them to do BFA content like Horrific Visions, then its probably best to pause XP until you've done as many as you want with them.

Weirdly enough, the WoD version of these, which is Pozione dell'Azione Continua Draenoriana, stops working at level 49, which makes this Vanilla version somehow more powerful.

Sadly the only comparable SL recipe that I could find was for Pozione del Passaggio Agevole, but it doesn't remove effects already on the character.
