Glad that this has been added.

It's a great quality of life improvement for those of us who like to play a lot of alts in endgame content that we enjoy (i.e. Raids, M+ and PvP, *not* the soul-killing boredom of repetitive mandatory grinding in Zerith Mortis or Torghast or of Enlightened rep or renown or whatever)

However I would be a lot more impressed if:

1) the item had a 1:1 conversion rate, the same as anima. What's the point of Blizz ripping us off for a percentage apart from inflating their 'Hours Played' metrics for shareholder presentations. It certainly doesn't make the player experience feel better.

2) they start adding this kind of item into the game much much earlier in the expansion cycle (e.g. patch 10.1 rather than Patch 10.3.5)

I too was hoping they'd add an item like this. However, I was sort of hoping they'd call it a Flux Capacitor :)

You need exactly 4 of these per 291 legendary, assuming you're using Borsa delle Anime Esplorate.
