As of 5.0.5, this quest is still given out to Battleground players but there is still no turn-in location. Clicking Show Map just shows where your character is.

The quest you received has been most likely shared by a player while you were in an instance dungeon. This quest has been removed from the game a LONG time ago and the NPC to hand it in is no longer present. It was part of a promotion done several years ago.

Despite this, some players still had the quest in their logs and since it's a sharable quest, they can share it and there is how you got it. Anyway you can safely delete it from your log, it is no longer available and it will simply use up one your quest log slots

Accordning to Blizz themselves this quest was sadly removed from the game years ago, and can no longer be completed nor obtained. People who share this with you have either been carrying it around since before its removal, or they've had it shared from someone else who got it back in the days.

It's a shame, I would love to have one of those little murlocs in my collection!
