With Poison application spec 3/8 BF and popping this trinket it is godly pvp, and to add to the fun use to different types of deadly poison, seriously give it a try!

This trinket really shined in WSG when trying to take down a flag carrier. When this item was still percent- based, it was very easy to just mow down the flag carrier with this active. There was almost no way to heal through this combined with Instant Poison, two high speed daggers, and 5/5 improved poisons (80% chance to apply on every swing!)

With our new rogue talent Envenom this trinket (+22 damage to Deadly poison dot) has still some purpose.

Gives you a little more DPS on the raids, especially when you apply deadly poison to your dagger/1-h. probably something you need for your raid with 60 twinks. this will be much more better with Furiatonante, Lama Benedetta del Vento Eterno or Lama della Zanna di Drago. Probably one of the hardest things to get from BWL, about as low as gloves ( Guanti degli Zannacremisi or other types of T2 gloves ).

If you click the effect's link and go to the modified tab, it now states wound poison and deadly poison, so it may still have value for level 60 twinks. +65 damage to wound poison at that level seems useful to me.
